This delicious smoothie feels luscious and elegant while providing a big serving of beauty-boosting antioxidant goodness. Garnish with magnesium rich cacao nibs or a little roughly chopped 95% dark chocolate. The combination of matcha tea, mint and chocolate is a wonderful pairing.

½-1 tsp good quality Matcha tea powder (according to taste preference)
1 frozen banana
Handful raw cashew nuts (can also use almonds)
Small handful fresh spinach leaves
Small handful fresh mint leaves
¾ cup coconut milk
Small handful ice
Cacao nib and hemp seeds
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blend and blitz until silky smooth. Garnish with cacao nibs and hemp seeds.
